**Douglas Lake does fluctuate levels based on seasonal changes and dock may not be floating and ramp may not be usable in winter months - check first if that is important to you.** **Driveway circles around back yard and down to the boat launch ramp - no need to back in from main road.** **A lot of parking for trucks, trailers, campers, buses, etc.** **We have another property within walking distance if you need to accommodate a larger group.**
